Anfuso Vocational Services is a professional service organization that requires narrative, intensive documentation. In 1996, AVS established a relationship with Written Communications in order to resolve timely delivery of professional reports. WCI presented itself as a solution to our management of professional reporting. Their phone in dictation system provided staff with the opportunity to perform work from any location, giving them a high degree of flexibility. Turn around time for dictated reports was consistently reliable, enabling AVS to provide its customers with timely reporting. Because of the high quality of WCI transcription services, very little proofreading or alteration of documents was required. All services were provided in a seamless manner by the use of e-mail for delivery of completed documents.

Despite the use of a digital phone dictation system and return of documents by e-mail, WCI has always delivered personal services. In times of critical need, they have demonstrated flexibility to meet our requirements for timely production of documents. Their staff has been flexible and accommodating. Most importantly, this has been accomplished at a very reasonable cost. AVS was able to reduce its transcription expenses through a reduction of personnel and equipment. This proved to be a cost effective decision. From a management perspective, it has been a pleasure to have an area of our business activity to which I have to give little thought. Our relationship with WCI is one that I value.
